MISSION

The mission of the IGNITE Youth & Young Adult Ministry is to ignite the youth of NLMBC to believe in the Word of God, to dream of a life of purpose and to serve all humanity with the love of God as they go out into the world and ignite others to do the same.

VISION

The vision of the IGNITE Youth & Young Adult Ministry is to present the gift of Christ to an entire generation, that they may grow and develop into disciples of Christ thereby impacting the world in which they live through service, evangelism, and love.
